AD:uk are seeking good practice case studies and other issue-based presentations for our next annual conference, which this year will be taking place in Birmingham in November. The Conference is an important event for local authorities and those working at a local level in arts delivery and regional and national cultural organisations. Last year we attracted over 160 delegates to York from a wide spectrum of English and Welsh authorities and regional and national arts and cultural organisations, and in 2013 we hope to increase our delegate numbers yet again. The Conference for 2013 will be a partnership event between Arts Development UK and Birmingham City Council and we are intending to use the new Library Building and the Studio Theatre of the Birmingham Rep as the main venue.
The conference will offer a platform for you to showcase good practice to a national audience (and you also get a fee place at the event).
