AD:uk Professional Fellowship Programme

The AD:uk Professional Fellowship Programme was launched officially at the Conference on Thursday 13th October. The AD:uk Professional Fellowship programme has been developed by G&M Associates and Business in the Arts NW, and has been funded through an Arts Council England grant. The programme is a result of a year-long consultation and assessment programme, and included consultation from a range of arts and cultural officers and senior managers in the local authority sector.

We want Arts Development UK to be the leading body that raises the profile and reputation of the work of its members. We want it to have influence with policy makers and funders and a key role in training, developing and representing professionals working in the cultural and creative industries.

We are aiming for the Arts Development UK initials to be ones that you are proud to have after your name and that membership will become a recognised benefit in the workplace and a trusted brand when you are applying for jobs. Wherever you are in your career, we will help you to develop the latest skills, signposting you to relevant qualifications, helping you to learn more about arts development and making you part of a big community of respected professionals.

For further information on the programme and how to apply, please visit: http://artsdevelopmentuk.org/training-and-cpd/professional-fellowship-programme/.  Please note that this is restricted to members only, so if you have not yet joined (or rejoined) AD:uk, now is the time.  Don’t miss out.
